In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Barnesville Trojans.
The Wolverines (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Henning (Henning, MN). The Hornets go into the Park Region test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Henning went down by Underwood (Underwood, MN), 3-2, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Breckenridge for a Heart O'Lakes test on Thursday, October 2. Barnesville will face a Cowboys squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley (Graceville, MN). The Cowboys record now stands at 9-5.
