Illinois High School Volleyball - Geneva over Batavia

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Geneva Vikings volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Batavia Bulldogs.

The Vikings (12-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL). The Redhawks enter the non-league challenge with a 9-8 record.

The Bulldogs now sport a 9-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wheaton Academy for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 1. Batavia will face a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Marian Central Catholic (Woodstock, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 15-7.
