Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Forest City Indians (Forest City, IA) and the visiting Bishop Garrigan Golden Bears (Algona, IA), observed Forest City's volleyball team top Bishop Garrigan by a tally of 3-1.

The Indians (14-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 19-6 record. In their last contest, Lake Mills beat North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Golden Bears encounter the West Hancock Eagles (Britt, IA) in a Top of Iowa West test, on Tuesday, October 7. Bishop Garrigan will attempt to improve on its 8-17 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 2-14 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA).
