In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Denver Cyclones volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Columbus Catholic Sailors.

The Cyclones (34-1) will now prepare for their challenge against East Marshall (Le Grand, IA). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 9-16 record. In their last challenge, East Marshall lost by Hudson (Hudson, IA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Sailors play the Grundy Center Spartans (Grundy Center, IA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 7. Columbus Catholic will attempt to advance on its 4-22 season record. The Spartans go into the game with a 25-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over South Hardin (Eldora, IA).
