The Kent City Eagles topped the host Comstock Park Panthers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Orchard View Cardinals (Muskegon, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 4. Kent City will attempt to advance on its 18-4 season record. The Cardinals go into the game with a 7-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ludington (Ludington, MI).
The Panthers (2-10) will now prepare for their game against Belding (Belding, MI). The Black Knights come into the Ottawa-Kent - Silver outing with a 7-7 record. In their last outing, Belding defeated Kelloggsville (Wyoming, MI), 3-0, in a league outing.
