The Covington Owls topped the visiting Coolidge Yellowjackets volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Owls face the Blum Bobcats (Blum, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 10. Covington will attempt to advance on its 10-11 season record.
The Yellowjackets (0-11) will now prepare for their game against Aquilla (Aquilla, TX). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 7-16 record. In their last game, Aquilla went down by Avalon (Avalon, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
