In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Marshalltown Bobcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Des Moines North Polar Bears.
The Bobcats (11-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Des Moines East (Des Moines, IA). The Scarlets come into the Iowa Alliance - North challenge with a 3-4 record.
The Polar Bears (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Saydel (Des Moines, IA). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 2-8 record. In their last game, Saydel went down by Greene County (Jefferson, IA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
