The Homestead Spartans (Fort Wayne, IN) volleyball knocked off the visiting Fort Wayne Northrop Bruins (Fort Wayne, IN), 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Spartans now possess a 17-7 record. They play next when they travel to Carroll for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2. Homestead will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over NorthWood (Nappanee, IN). The Chargers record now stands at 24-0.

With the loss, Fort Wayne Northrop drops to 8-16 on the campaign. The Bruins host Fort Wayne Bishop Luers (Fort Wayne, IN) to clash with the Knights in a Summit match on Thursday, October 2. The Knights enter the match with a record of 10-16. Fort Wayne Bishop Luers won 3-0 in their recent league match against Fort Wayne North Side (Fort Wayne, IN)
