Illinois High School Volleyball - Norris City-Omaha-Enfield over Galatia

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Fighting Cardinals volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Galatia Bearcats.

With the win, Norris City-Omaha-Enfield advances its record to 18-1 on the season. The Fighting Cardinals host Herrin (Herrin, IL) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 7-14. Herrin lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Carbondale (Carbondale, IL)

The Bearcats now sport a 3-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thompsonville for a Greater Egyptian test on Thursday, October 2. Galatia will face a squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Crab Orchard (Marion, IL). The record now stands at 1-18.
