The Rams (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Saydel (Des Moines, IA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Saydel beat Perry (Perry, IA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Thunder meet the Perry Bluejays (Perry, IA) in a Heart of Iowa challenge, on Thursday, October 2. Grand View Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 2-17 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Des Moines East (Des Moines, IA).
