Norfolk Collegiate Mighty Oaks (Norfolk, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host Hampton Roads Academy Navigators (Newport News, VA), 3-1 in a league outing.

The Mighty Oaks now have a 2-11 record. They play next when they host Norfolk Christian for a VISAA Division 2 outing on Thursday, October 2. Norfolk Collegiate will play a Ambassadors team coming off a 3-0 league win over Walsingham Academy (Williamsburg, VA). The Ambassadors record now stands at 11-10.

With the loss, Hampton Roads Academy moves to 0-7 on the season. The Navigators host Steward (Richmond, VA) to face the Spartans in a VISAA Division 2 outing on Friday, October 3. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 4-7. Steward won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA)
