West Virginia High School Volleyball - Point Pleasant Herbert Hoover

The Herbert Hoover Huskies topped the visiting Point Pleasant Big Blacks volleyball team by a tally of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Huskies now have a 30-4 record. They play next when they travel to George Washington for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 4. Herbert Hoover will play a Patriots team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Shady Spring (Shady Spring, WV). The Patriots record now stands at 15-9.

With the loss, Point Pleasant drops to 9-12 on the campaign. The Big blacks travel to Winfield (Winfield, WV) to play the Generals in a Cardinal outing on Tuesday, September 30. The Generals come into the outing with a record of 16-6. Winfield lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Cabell Midland (Ona, WV)
