West Virginia High School Volleyball - Shady Spring tips Hurricane

September 30, 2025: Shady Spring, WV 25918

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Shady Spring Tigers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Hurricane Redskins.

The Tigers (28-8) will now prepare for their challenge against George Washington (Charleston, WV). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 12-9 record. In their last challenge, George Washington was tipped by Herbert Hoover (Elkview, WV), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Redskins meet the Charleston Catholic Irish (Charleston, WV) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 30. Hurricane will attempt to improve on its 9-16 season record. The Irish go into the test with a 19-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Spring Valley (Huntington, WV).
