The West St. John Rams prevailed the visiting Lutheran Gryphons volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Rams confront the McDonogh 35 Roneagles (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, October 1. West St. John will attempt to advance on its 3-7 season record. The Roneagles enter the game with a 1-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Bonnabel (Kenner, LA).

With the loss, Lutheran drops to 3-8 on the campaign. The Gryphons host Riverside Academy (Reserve, LA) to clash with the Rebels in a Division V District 8 outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Rebels come into the outing with a record of 13-7. Riverside Academy won 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Christ Episcopal School (Covington, LA)
