Georgia High School Volleyball - Monroe Area can't get by Trinity Prep

The Trinity Prep Lions edged the host Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Lions confront the Covington Academy Bulldogs (Covington, GA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, October 1. Trinity Prep will attempt to advance on its 26-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 2-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Trinity Prep (Loganville, GA).

With the loss, Monroe Area drops to 13-26 on the campaign. The Purple hurricanes travel to Lakeside (Atlanta, GA) to play the Vikings in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 2. The Vikings come into the outing with a record of 22-6. Lakeside won 2-1 in their recent league outing against Decatur (Decatur, GA)
