School of the Arts Silverhawks (Rochester, NY) boosters left the game pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Monroe Red Jackets (Rochester, NY), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Silverhawks (10-0) will now prepare for their test against Edison Tech (Rochester, NY). The Inventors go into the Section 5 Rochester test with a 1-8 record. In their last test, Edison Tech was defeated by Wilson Magnet (Rochester, NY), 3-2, in a league test.

The Red Jackets now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Livonia for a non-league test on Friday, October 3. Monroe will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Caledonia-Mumford (Caledonia, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-6.
