The Eagles now possess a 14-1 record. They play next when they travel to Christchurch School for a VISAA Independent Schools bout on Thursday, October 2. The Covenant will clash with a Seahorses team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Colonial Beach (Colonial Beach, VA). The Seahorses record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Virginia Episcopal School drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Bishops travel to Eastern Mennonite (Harrisonburg, VA) to battle the Flames in a VISAA Blue Ridge match on Thursday, October 2. The Flames enter the match with a record of 8-5. Eastern Mennonite won 3-1 in their recent league match against Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA)
