Troy Trojans (Troy, OH) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Springboro Panthers (Springboro, OH), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Trojans confront the Xenia Buccaneers (Xenia, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 8. Troy will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Buccaneers enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Tippecanoe (Tipp City, OH).
The Panthers now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Fairmont for a Greater Western Ohio challenge on Wednesday, September 8.
