William Penn Charter Quakers (Philadelphia, PA) supporters were pleased Sunday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Summit Country Day Silver Knights (Cincinnati, OH), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Quakers confront the Archbishop Ryan Raiders and Ragdolls (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 7. William Penn Charter will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Raiders and Ragdolls enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Bensalem (Bensalem, PA).
The Silver Knights now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Findlay for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 10.
