The Lincoln Lions flag football squad scored 30 points and limited the visiting Milpitas Trojans to 12 in the Lions non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Lions now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Notre Dame for a non-league test on Monday, September 9. Lincoln will meet a Regents squad coming off a 18-14 non-league loss to Carlmont (Belmont, CA). The Regents record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Milpitas drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-0. Los Gatos won 13-12 in their recent non-league test against Hollister (Hollister, CA)
