The King William Cavaliers were victorious over the host Clarke County Eagles football team by a score of 30-20 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cavaliers face the Hanover Hawks (Mechanicsville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 11. King William will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 48-12 non-league win over Monacan (Richmond, VA).
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA). The Bison enter the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Buffalo Gap ran past Luray (Luray, VA), 37-20, in a non-league challenge.
