Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM), saw Hope Christian's soccer squad triumph over Los Alamos by a count of 7-0.
The Huskies (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Sandia Prep (Albuquerque, NM). The Sundevils enter the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Sandia Prep tipped West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM), 6-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Hilltoppers confront the Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 7. Los Alamos will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Demons enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 2-2 non-league Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM).
