In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Lisle Lions volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Westmont Sentinels.

The Lions (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Herscher (Herscher, IL). The Tigers enter the challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Herscher got by Streator (Streator, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Sentinels meet the Walther Christian Academy Broncos (Melrose Park, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. Westmont will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
