The Bobcats (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Hancock (Chicago, IL). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Hancock was edged by Little Village (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Broncos battle the Kennedy Crusaders (Chicago, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 7. Kenwood will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Crusaders enter the battle with a 1-4 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Berwyn/Cicero Morton (Cicero, IL).
