With the triumph, Butler moves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 6-2. Lake Norman lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC)

The Wolves now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sun Valley for a non-league test on Monday, September 9. Ballantyne Ridge will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 0-0 non-league Forest Hills (Marshville, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 1-6.
