Robbinsdale Cooper Hawks (New Hope, MN) boosters exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Brooklyn Center Centaurs (Brooklyn Center, MN), 5-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Robbinsdale Cooper moves its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Kennedy (Bloomington, MN) to clash with the Eagles in a Class AA Section 6 test on Monday, September 9. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-0.

The Centaurs now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hope Academy for a Class A Section 5 test on Thursday, September 5. Brooklyn Center will clash with a team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Cristo Rey Jesuit (Minneapolis, MN). The record now stands at 1-1.
