In Wednesday's non-league outing, the visiting Southern Trojans soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Central Yellow Jackets.
The Trojans (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY). The Eagles go into the District 23 outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, North Bullitt by Valley (Louisville, KY), 5-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Yellow Jackets confront the Portland Christian Eagles (Louisville, KY) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, September 5. Central will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 2-6 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Holy Cross (Louisville, KY).
