Indian Lake Lakers (Lewistown, OH) boosters exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Shawnee Braves (Springfield, OH), 7-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Indian Lake moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Lakers host New Knoxville (New Knoxville, OH) to clash with the Rangers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Rangers come into the test with a record of 3-3. New Knoxville won 7-1 in their recent non-league test against Allen East (Harrod, OH)

The Braves now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Urbana for a Central Buckeye - Kenton Trail test on Monday, September 9. Shawnee will clash with a Hillclimbers team coming off a 9-0 league loss to Jonathan Alder (Plain City, OH). The Hillclimbers record now stands at 1-3.
