The Sidwell Friends Quakers soccer team (Washington, DC), 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league match with the visiting Washington International Red Devils (Washington, DC)
With the triumph, Washington International moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to Smith Jewish Day School (Rockville, MD) to meet the Lions in a Potomac Valley match on Tuesday, September 10. The Lions come into the match with a record of 0-0.
The Quakers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Georgetown Day for a MAC match on Friday, September 6. Sidwell Friends will meet a Mighty Hoppers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Bullis (Potomac, MD). The Mighty Hoppers record now stands at 1-0.
