The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Arvada West Wildcats (Arvada, CO) and the visiting Pomona Panthers (Arvada, CO), observed Arvada West's softball team prevail over Pomona by a tally of 11-1.

The Wildcats (6-4) will now prepare for their bout against Columbine (Littleton, CO). The Rebels go into the 5A Jeffco bout with a 7-2 record. In their last bout, Columbine knocked off Grand Junction Central (Grand Junction, CO), 15-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Eaton Reds (Eaton, CO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 6. Pomona will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Reds go into the bout with a 7-0 record after their 13-4 non-league win over Severance (Severance, CO).
