The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Dacula Falcons (Dacula, GA) and the host Woodstock Wolverines (Woodstock, GA), observed Dacula's softball team get by Woodstock by a tally of 8-3.

The Falcons (11-3) will now prepare for their bout against Buford (Buford, GA). The Wolves go into the 6A Region 8 bout with a 10-1 record. In their last bout, Buford was routed by Wesleyan (Norcross, GA), 5-3, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Creekview Grizzlies (Canton, GA) in a 5A Region 6 bout, on Thursday, September 5. Woodstock will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record. The Grizzlies come into the outing with a 9-6 record after their 11-4 league win over Sequoyah (Canton, GA).
