In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Woodford County Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Boyle County Rebels.

The Yellowjackets (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Collins (Shelbyville, KY). The Titans go into the District 30 battle with a 2-3 record.

The Rebels now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tates Creek for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 7. Boyle County will encounter a Commodores squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY). The Commodores record now stands at 1-5.
