In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Delaware Valley Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Dallas Mountaineers.

The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA). The Spartans come into the Wyoming Valley challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Wyoming Valley West lost by Wyoming Area (Exeter, PA), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mountaineers meet the Holy Redeemer Royals (Wilkes-Barre, PA) in a Wyoming Valley challenge, on Wednesday, September 11. Dallas will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Royals come into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Hazleton Area (Hazleton, PA).
