In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Fulton Pirates volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the St. Charles Bulldogs.

The Pirates (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MI). The Huskies come into the Mid-State challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Breckenridge beat Vestaburg (Vestaburg, MI), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs play the Montabella Mustangs (Blanchard, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 10. St. Charles will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Coleman (Coleman, MI).
