The Mount Pleasant Green Knights topped the visiting Sanford Warriors volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Green Knights confront the MOT Charter Mustangs (Middletown, DE) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 6. Mount Pleasant will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.
The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Tatnall (Wilmington, DE). The Hornets go into the Independent - DISC game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Tatnall was dropped by St. Andrew's (Middletown, DE), 3-1, in a league game.
