In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Los Lunas Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Valencia Jaguars.
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM). The Bobcats go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Bloomfield got by Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM), 9-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Jaguars confront the Kirtland Central Broncos (Kirtland, NM) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 9. Valencia will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
