The Battle Ground Tigers edged the visiting Woodland Beavers soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next, the Tigers face the Toledo Indians (Toledo, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Battle Ground will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
With the loss, Woodland moves to 0-1 on the year. The Beavers host WF West (Chehalis, WA) to encounter the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Bearcats go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. WF West won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Kelso (Kelso, WA)
