North Carolina High School Football - South Mecklenburg overwhelmed by Ballantyne Ridge

The Ballantyne Ridge Wolves walloped the host South Mecklenburg Sabres football team by a score of 37-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Wolves now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Garinger for a non-league game on Thursday, September 11.

The Sabres (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC). The Knights enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Ardrey Kell was overwhelmed by Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC), 42-20, in a non-league outing.
