In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Camden Bulldogs football squad scored a good 12-0 triumph over the Sumter Gamecocks.
The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Hartsville (Hartsville, SC). The Red Foxes come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Hartsville was dropped by Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC), 38-0, in a non-league battle.
The Gamecocks now have a 0-2 record. They play next when they host South Florence for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 4. Sumter will play a Bruins team coming off a 30-26 non-league win over Georgetown (Georgetown, SC). The Bruins record now stands at 2-0.
