The St. Clair Saints (St. Clair, MI) football defeated the visiting Lincoln Abes (Warren, MI), 48-22 in Thursday's non-league contest.

The Saints (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Marine City (Marine City, MI). The Mariners enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Marine City gained a win over Madison (Madison Heights, MI), 38-22, in a non-league contest.

Next up, the Abes encounter the Clintondale Dragons (Clinton Township, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 11. Lincoln will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
