Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Beach Bulldogs (Savannah, GA) and the visiting Liberty County Panthers (Hinesville, GA), observed Beach's volleyball team top Liberty County by a count of 2-0.

With the win, Beach improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Long County (Ludowici, GA) to encounter the Blue Tide in a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 17. The Blue Tide go into the battle with a record of 1-2. Long County won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Jenkins (Savannah, GA)

The Panthers now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wayne County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 9. Liberty County will meet a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Vidalia (Vidalia, GA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 2-2.
