The East Webster Wolverines topped the visiting Kemper County Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Wolverines now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Starkville for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 6.

With the loss, Kemper County drops to 0-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Scott Central (Forest, MS) to confront the Rebels in a non-league match on Monday, September 8. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 2-1. Scott Central lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Puckett (Puckett, MS)
