The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Kenwood (Chicago, IL). The Broncos go into the battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Kenwood dropped by Taft (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.

The Lions now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morgan Park Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 6. Lincoln Park will meet a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 league win over Wolcott College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
