The Bennett Tigers soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Ellicott Thunderhawks to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Tigers now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lamar for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 6. Bennett will play a Thunder squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Alamosa (Alamosa, CO). The Thunder record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Ellicott moves to 0-3 on the year. The Thunderhawks host Lotus School For Excellence (Aurora, CO) to play the Meteors in a non-league bout on Monday, September 15. The Meteors go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
