With the triumph, Jacksonville moves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Crimsons travel to Jersey (Jerseyville, IL) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 4-1. Jersey lost 4-2 in their recent non-league outing against Southwestern (Piasa, IL)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Waterloo Bulldogs (Waterloo, IL) in a Mississippi Valley outing, on Tuesday, September 9. Civic Memorial will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 5-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Father McGivney Catholic (Glen Carbon, IL).
