North Carolina High School Soccer - Erwin holds off Pisgah

September 4, 2025: Asheville, NC 28806

The Erwin Warriors held off the visiting Pisgah Bears soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next, the Warriors face the Avery County Vikings (Newland, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 8. Erwin will attempt to advance on its 7-0 season record. The Vikings come into the game with a 1-5 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC).

The Bears (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC). The Mustangs come into the Mountain Eight 4A/5A game with a 4-2 record.
