In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Maysville Panthers soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the New Lexington Panthers.

The Panthers (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Coshocton (Coshocton, OH). The Redskins go into the Muskingum Valley outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Coshocton prevailed over West Holmes (Millersburg, OH), 5-2, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Alexander Spartans (Albany, OH) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 6. New Lexington will attempt to advance on its 0-6 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 6-1 record after their 1-1 league Athens (The Plains, OH).
