The Lindsay Leopards softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Altus Bulldogs to 0 in the Leopards non-league victory on Thursday.
Next, the Leopards meet the Durant Lions (Durant, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Lindsay will attempt to upgrade on its 13-5 season record. The Lions go into the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Del City (Del City, OK).
The Bulldogs (2-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Western Heights (Oklahoma City, OK). The Jets come into the non-league battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Western Heights was routed by Del City (Del City, OK), 19-4, in a non-league battle.
