In Thursday's non-league match, the host Bethany Bronchos softball team scored a nice 12-0 win over the Putnam City Pirates.

The Bronchos (4-8) will now prepare for their match against Casady (Oklahoma City, OK). The Cyclones come into the non-league match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Casady notched a victory over Community Christian (Norman, OK), 4-1, in a non-league match.

Next up, the Pirates play the Carney Bulldogs (Carney, OK) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 5. Putnam City will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record.
