The Blair Oaks Falcons edged the visiting Eugene Eagles softball squad by a count of 10-9 in Thursday's league challenge.
Next, the Falcons confront the Iberia Rangers (Iberia, MO) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 8. Blair Oaks will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Rangers come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to California (California, MO).
With the loss, Eugene moves to 1-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to California (California, MO) to confront the Pintos in a challenge on Monday, September 8. The Pintos enter the challenge with a record of 2-1.
